4. No registration is required to place an order.

6. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to the processing of his personal data by the Everyday Beauty company and the courier company.
7. When accepting the order, we reserve the right to contact the customer in order to confirm the order and arrange shipment details.

11. Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday excluding holidays.
12. Delivery of the shipment takes place via Royal Mail at predetermined costs. In few cases, it can be carried out by another courier company, as the customer will be informed earlier.
13. If the package does not arrive within 7 business days of the date of shipment, please inform Everyday Beauty. After the expiration of the time, complaints will not be considered.
14. We send the goods is consistent with the description, not out-of-date, originally packed and usable.
15. It is possible to return the goods within 14 days of the order, provided that the goods are still pre-packed and not damaged. Please inform the store in advance. The cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
16. Complaints regarding factory defects will be made in accordance with generally accepted rules. After positive consideration, the goods will be exchanged for a new one, and if this is not possible, we are obliged to refund the payment.
17. Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport and the lack of ordered goods will be considered only at the moment of receipt of the goods in the presence of the courier. The condition for accepting this type of complaint is the refusal to accept the parcel.
18. In matters not covered by the above-mentioned document, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the commercial law applicable in the United Kingdom shall apply.
